obert Wise is the author of twenty-eight published books and numerous articles. In non-fiction writing, Dr. Wise has often addressed issues of struggle. When There Is No Miracle, a survey of why innocent people struggle with pain, has sold for over twenty-five years. He authored When The Night Is Too Long as a sequel. Windows of the Soul describes how God uses our dreams as a means for spiritual growth. In Spiritual Abundance he explores the insights of the early Church Fathers of the first five centuries to discover their directives for personal growth. More recently, Dr. Wise wrote Fearless for Life, covering how Christians could overcome fear, the power of faith in their lives. Released in 2004, Crazymakers presents techniques for dealing with difficult and narcissistic persons.

r. Wise's fiction work began with the Pastor's Barracks for which he received an Angel Award for 1987 from Religion in the Media. In 1991 he wrote The People of the Covenant Series including The Dawning, The Exiles, and The Fall of Jerusalem. His novel, All That Remains, is the story of a man's search for identity. In addition, he has been the ghost author of five published novels, including The Death of Innocence, the story of the murder of JonBenet Ramsey. In the Millennium Series, his best selling works include The Third Millennium, The Fourth Millennium, Beyond the Millennium, and Megamillennium. He currently has The Tail of the Dragon in bookstores as well as Be Not Afraid. Most recently, Wise has started a new Mystery Series featuring The Empty Coffin, The Dead Detective, and Deleted. In February 2004, Time Warner released Wired with Tagged coming out in the fall of 2004. This spring, Lifeway books published The Narrow Door at Colditz. Wise's books have been translated into Spanish, Dutch, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and German.
